The darker decor of the restaurant really helps elevate the ambience of the place. The black chairs and the marble tables help the interior pop out. It’s a nice place to take some picturesque photos. One side of the wall is made with a stone finish while the other side is painted white with black panels creating the illusion that there’s a window there.
The broth is the base of this dish. If you have to choose one we suggest going with the Golden Pumpkin Broth which has a milder creamier taste. This works really well with their Kobe beef. The thin slices of meat almost melt in your mouth and they soak up the flavours of the broth very well. If you’d like to give this dish a bit more flavour adding soy sauce is guaranteed to give it that kick.
Another great broth option is the Variety Mushroom Broth. This gives an earthy taste to the dish which works well with a lot of different ingredients. The corn helps sweeten the dish, while the squid tentacles are for those who are a little more adventurous. Bean Curds are another popular option because it has a subtle cheesy taste. Also, you can never go wrong with adding some instant ramen to your hot pot.
After you finish a hearty hot pot, why not relax with one of the many desserts offered here. Highly recommend the sugar ice jelly. You can taste the brown sugar syrup that the gelatinous dessert is seeped in. Enjoy this with some vanilla ice cream, a classic dish that adds some rich creaminess to your taste buds. You can also try some peppermint ice jelly if you want something that’s a bit more refreshing.
Chine Legendary Hot Pot & Noodles offers reasonably priced all-you-can-eat hot pots as well as your choice in desserts. So if you’re looking for a satisfying meal, we recommend visiting this restaurant over the weekdays to get a better deal.
