Address: 2945 Bayview Ave, North York, ON M2K 1E9
Bayview Village is one of the nicest parks in North York for peaceful day and sports activities. If you don’t live in the area, this park is conveniently located near the Bayview station, which is only a few minutes walk away. We all need some outside activities, especially after the lengthy lockdown, and what better place to spend your time than at a park with a clean environment. If you live in the area or are close by, this park offers an excellent change of scenery and a relaxing day.

Tennis is the most popular sport at the Park. The park features three well-kept concrete tennis courts with seats for the audience. The park also contains various amenities like a baseball pitch, concrete table tennis, chess tables, a small playground, and a splash pad, which are perfect for children to use throughout the summer. The park is also near the Bayview shopping centre, which is perfect if you need to get some food or drinks.
The park’s green space offers good seating for picnics and paths that extend from Bayview Ave to Bayberry Crescent, making it ideal for long walks and biking.
Even though there is no off-leash area, you can still bring your dogs and enjoy the clean grass and shade provided by the trees.

There is not much wildlife at the park, but you can see birds like American robins and other animals like squirrels and raccoons. There are also lovely flowers like the Oxeye daisy, dandelion, and clematis. During the winter, the park is just as lovely as it is in the summer. Just make sure to wear suitable footwear when walking on the trail while viewing the snow-covered trees.

There is a small but free parking lot on Bayview Avenue, directly in front of the baseball pitch.
Bayview Village Park is the place to go if you’re looking for a more casual park in the neighbourhood. Despite the fact that the park features a tennis court and a basketball diamond that is great for playing, most people choose to just enjoy the grassy areas with their dogs, wander around, or let their children have fun on the splash pads.
