Another dish that is a favourite at Thai on Yonge is the Khao Kaprow Moo Krob ($15.95), which includes stir-fried crispy pork and a fried egg. The preparation of this dish is slightly different from most Thai restaurants as Chef Yut does it with baby spinach instead of Chinese broccoli. It’s a hearty dish that is full of flavour, especially with the sweet chilli sauce provided.
